Town of Powerview-Pine Falls and Eureka Digital Sign Landmark MOU for Scaled Deployment of Intelliflex Modular AI Data Centers
Powerview-Pine Falls, MB – January 31, 2025 – The Town of Powerview-Pine Falls is proud to announce the signing of a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Eureka Digital on December 10, 2024, marking the beginning of a transformative partnership for the community. This agreement sets the stage for the scaled deployment of multiple Intelliflex modular AI data centers, leveraging 100% hydroelectric energy to create a sustainable, high-performance digital infrastructure.
This initiative aligns directly with the Town’s 20/20 Vision, a strategic framework focused on fostering economic growth, sustainability, and innovation. The deployment of these modular data centers will not only generate significant new revenue streams for the Town but also drive job creation, technological advancement, and infrastructure development, reinforcing Powerview-Pine Falls as a forward-thinking, resilient community.

With the MOU now in place, both parties are moving forward with the engagement of Manitoba Hydro, project planning and implementation. As work progresses, additional details regarding site selection, job creation, and economic impact will be shared.
